Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days across Pakistan, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.
For orders below Rs. 3,000, a small delivery fee may apply (shown at checkout).
Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver to all major cities across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
2. Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority!
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement or refund within 3 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
The item must be unopened and unused.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Returns are not accepted for items opened, partially used, or damaged after delivery.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
